Uskoro na trpezama i crni paradajz
"Crna galaksija" tako se zove novi paradjz koji je crne boje a razvili su ga stručnjaci hortikulture kompanije "Tehnological Seeds DM" iz Izraela.Paradajz je premjerno pokazan javnosti na poljoprivrednom sajmu Arava
Ovi stručnjaci tvrde da je tamna boja paradajza dobijena kao rezultat
posebnog pigmenta koji dolazi od borovnice.Pigment je osetljiv na
svetlost,pa je tako paradajz tamniji što je duže izložen suncu.
Moshe Guttman strručanjak koji je radio na nastanku nove vrste crnog
paradajzaje izjavio "Uzeli smo paradajz iz divljine i ukrstili ga s
kultiviranim paradajzom.Tako smo dobili ovu boju odnosno crni
paradajz.Ono što je kod nje posebno,osim boje, jeste i to da ima
prednosti svih antioksidanata i vitamina C"
crni paradajz,je inače iznutra crven a prvenstveno je namenjen
luksuznim hotelima,dok u većim supermarketima bi trebalo da se pojavi u
toku ove 2012 godine.
